The very first students to walk through KAVRO will get more of my time than any future cohort ever will.
That is not marketing. It is math. When the group is 20 people, one founder can review every submission, sit on every call, and respond to every question by name. When the group is 200, they cannot. So the trade you make by joining first is this: you accept the imperfection of a v1 product in exchange for the intensity of a founder who has not yet been diluted.
Everything the Academy becomes — the curriculum, the community, the certificate — will be shaped by the answers you give in Week 3, Week 5, Week 8. That is the deal.
