The promise
Every KAVRO Academy program comes with a 14-day full-refund window, measured from the day the cohort formally begins (not from the day you pay).
How it works
If, within the first 14 days of the cohort, you decide the program is not for you, you email the founder. The full amount you paid is refunded to the same payment method, in full, with no questions asked.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, refunds are handled case-by-case. Extenuating circumstances (medical, family emergencies) will always be treated humanely.
Installments
If you paid on an installment plan, all future installments are cancelled and any amount already paid is refunded.
Consulting engagements
Kavro Management consulting engagements are governed by the specific SOW signed with the client, not by this policy.
